For more than 35 years, Premier School of Dance has inspired dancers of all ages through exceptional instruction, creativity, and a welcoming sense of community. Founded by Monica Derrenbacher, Premier was built on the belief that dance is about so much more than learning steps—it's about building confidence, encouraging creativity, and helping every child discover the joy of movement.

Today, that vision continues alongside her daughter, Taylor Derrenbacher Beresid, who grew up dancing at Premier before returning as an instructor and choreographer. Together, they continue to foster the family-centered atmosphere that has made Premier a place generations of dancers proudly call home.

Whether your child is stepping into their very first ballet class, exploring dance for fun, building lifelong friendships, performing in our annual recitals, or pursuing additional opportunities through our Company Program, every dancer is welcomed, encouraged, and celebrated. Our experienced faculty is passionate about helping each student grow at their own pace while developing confidence, discipline, teamwork, creativity, and self-expression.
